Lekker knapperig en verfrissend. Gaat goed samen met de Jamaicaanse kip. De dressing maakt het toch nog een beetje pittig, maar niet té. Laat anders de sambal achterwege.

Creole style salad
Crunchy and refreshing. I had it with Jamaican Chicken, which was a very good combination. The dressing gave it a little of heat, but not too much. If you don't want the heat, leave out the chilli sauce.
