This is a spice mix I used in a curry (recipe follows). It's not hard to make. The gathering of all the spices is most of the work. For some you need to go to an asian foodstore. In the Netherlands it is hard to find black cumin seeds, curry leaves, black cardamom pods or white poppyseeds. I used black poppyseeds, for example. As opposed to the white ones, the black ones are widely available over here. I don't know if there is a big difference in flavor, but I think, as one ingredient in so many, I wouldn't notice it.
