Meng een paar grote eetlepels frambozenijs met prosecco of champagne. De hoeveelheden moet je een beetje op gevoel doen, het moet een schenkbare en drinkbare consistentie hebben, maar ook lekker zoet zijn. Meng goed met een garde of vork. Schenk in champagneglazen. Proost!

Spoom with prosecco and raspberry icecream
A simple, but delicious in-between, this spoom. Even someone in the family who doesn't like alcoholic drinks, liked this. I think because it's nice and sweet.

Mix a few large spoonfuls of raspberry icecream with prosecco or champagne. You have to eyeball the amounts. The spoom should have a pourable and drinkable consistency, and also have a sweet taste. Mix well and pour into champagne glasses. Cheers!
