Ik had zin in een gerecht dat ik al eens eerder had klaargemaakt: Mexicaanse gehakttaco's en guacamole. Dit keer heb ik eraan gedacht een foto van de guacamole te maken.
Ik gebruikte dit keer wat kleinere taco's. Deze waren wat gemakkelijk uit de hand te eten. De combinatie van het gekruide gehakt met de guacamole en tomaat werkt heel goed.

Minced meat tacos and guacamole
I felt like cooking a recipe I made a while ago. This time I remembered to make a picture of the guacamole. For the taco's I used smaller ones. These were better to eat from your hands. The combinations with the spiced meat, guacamole and tomato works really well.
